Anu will respect your own inner wisdom, calling, and personal trajectory while gently providing guidance, reassurance, perspective, and direction when and where you may need it along the way.
Anu is an intuitive, compassionate, patient, skilled, kind, loving, yet strong and wise companion for assisting with the navigation of your unique spiritual odyssey. His goal is to assist you to bring forth your own healing, clarity, and innate personal wisdom so that you are not only able to thrive in your current circumstances, but so that you have the necessary tools – as well as trust in your own inner guidance – as your very personal path continues to unfold, blossom, and evolve. In these sessions, Anu uses wisdom gained from his own rich experiences and studies in human potential, spirituality, and personal transformation, as well as his innate intuitive gifts of multi-dimensional perception. Offered on a Sliding Scale for Your Donation: $125.00–$250.00 (US Dollars) per hour via Zoom. Sessions incorporating Anu's Energetic Attunement and/or Radiant Heart Breathwork are also available. Please note: this is not psychotherapy.
Integration: Supporting you to keep alive and embody your received insights and transformation.
The experience of participating in a sacred ceremony or meditation circle is a rich and powerful gift you have given yourself. Once your ceremony or circle is complete, the real work begins. In integration sessions, Anu's goal is to support you to become an embodiment of the insights and gifts you received in your experience so that the personal transformation you have initiated can become an ongoing part of your everyday life. Offered on a Sliding Scale for Your Donation: $125.00–$250.00 (US Dollars) per hour via Zoom. I believe that integration work after a ceremony, circle, or journey is essential, so I aim to keep it as affordable as possible. Please note: this is not psychotherapy.
