This work has the astonishing power to give us a direct route to higher states of consciousness, which are where true personal transformation, healing, and spiritual realization are facilitated.

Anu and his expert team facilitate Diamond Heart Meditation Circles for small groups on an ongoing basis. These circles are also available for private groups, and private sessions are available as an experience curated for one person.

Each of us has a miraculous tool for healing and transformation built right within our magnificent bodies. This tool allows us to access our own innate ability to heal, to process emotions, to connect to inner/higher guidance, and to bring clarity and transformation into our lives. What is that tool? It's our breath. So simple, yet potentially so powerful when it is utilized correctly with expert, caring, compassionate guidance.

Anu facilitates Radiant Heart Breathwork Circles for groups of 2-50 people or more. Individual sessions for one person are also available. Group circles and individual sessions may be done in-person or online via Zoom.

Cacao is a high-quality, raw, and unprocessed beverage made from the cacao bean, the same bean that is used to make chocolate. Sacramental cacao is used for ceremonial purposes around the world, with origins in South America. The drinking of sacramental cacao in a sacred ceremony setting can help foster the clearing away of old energies, patterns, thoughts, and emotions, and removing our blocks to expanded perspectives, inner/higher guidance, self love and forgiveness, and personal clarity. By engaging in an intentional, respectful, heart-felt practice with cacao, we invoke the benevolent spirit of the plant to assist us through her sacred wisdom and divine intelligence. Cacao is an excellent companion and enhancement to a Radiant Heart Breathwork Circle.

In a Diamond Heart Music Circle, members of the Diamond Heart family join together to experience the miraculous vibrational essence of music and how it weaves a harmonic tapestry with every note as each song unfolds. That harmonic tapestry has the power to take us on a journey like a magic carpet ride where we gain insights, wisdom, emotional realizations and release, and experience the joy of open-heartedness through connecting with a group of other beautiful souls through voice, singing, music, and body. Following a Diamond Heart Music Circle, we "break bread" together with a group potluck. When we're done, everyone leaves with open hearts, lifted spirits, and happy bellies. These circles are offered on an occasional basis.
