Integration

Participation in a sacred ceremony or meditation circle is a profound and enriching gift you have bestowed upon yourself. Once your sacred ceremony or circle concludes, the real work of personal transformation begins. In integration sessions, our aim is to assist you to make sense of and sift through your experience, in order to become an embodiment of the insights and gifts you received, and to ensure that the personal transformation you have initiated can integrate into your everyday life as effectively as possible at this stage of your ongoing journey.

Integration sessions are available with Anu or Amrita, both of whom have many years of rich, deep, profound experience in this beautiful work.

Sessions take place via Zoom. In some cases, depending on available locations and logistics, it may be possible to meet in person.

Offered on a sliding scale of $125.00–$250.00 (USD) per hour via Zoom.

We firmly believe that integration work is essential following a sacred ceremony, meditation circle, or other transformational experience or journey, and so we strive to make it as affordable as possible by offering this sliding scale option for payment. If you are able to make your payment towards the higher end of this range, it helps enable us to offer the lower end of the scale to those who need it. 

Please note: These integration sessions are not psychotherapy or a substitution for psychotherapy.

Hummingbird Circle Members

For Hummingbird Circle members who have participated in our Diamond Heart Meditation Circles, a private, one-on-one integration session with Anu or Amrita is included with your contribution for a Diamond Heart Meditation retreat or session*. Thereafter, if you wish to continue receiving support for your integration process, the first five continuing integration sessions are offered at a discounted rate, after which the rate will revert to the sliding scale mentioned above.
